Super Happy Shopper rates the safety, usability and shopping system and customer service of online catalogues, e-commerce web sites, service web sites, and informational web sites. However, we do not rate specific products or prices. Nor do we locate the cheapest price for you. We believe that more value lies in a stress-free (and super happy) shopping experience. If something goes wrong with your online purchase... how much would would you have paid to avoid all of that aggravation? What we look for in a web site varies depending on various criteria and also depends on the type of products sold or services offered (online insurance quotes versus paintball equipment, for example).
