offer it back to you at discounted prices. These items may have been
slightly used but are 100% functional and will not affect performance in any
way, and may or may not have their original packages. ALL clothing has been
laundered.

NashBar.com stands behind everything they sell. If for any reason you
are not satisfied with your purchase, upon receipt, simply return the item
with proof of purchase and they'll replace it or give you a refund or credit
your account for the item.
15 Day Price Protection - If they lower the
price on any item (except for internet closeouts and automatic markdowns)
within fifteen days from purchase, they will gladly refund the difference
upon request.
Returns - NashBar will refund actual shipping costs from UPS label or
postage on damaged merchandise or mistakes made by themselves. Merchandise
returned with excessive use, may be subject to a restocking fee and credit
slip refund. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
Returns over $250 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on
the outside of the package or the item will be refused. Return authorization
number can be obtained by writing to
mail@bike.nashbar.com or by calling: 1-800-NASHBAR (627-4227).
Super Happy Shopper is a bit confused; on one page NashBar claims they only
accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards, but when you go to checkout
using the online shopping cart it claims that NashBar accepts Discover credit
cards as well. Super Happy Shopper is looking into this discrepancy.
